I feel like I could have been given more ideas or opinions from the salesperson because I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted and I wanted someone to give me more ideas of what would look good because I was confused and indecisive

The cleaning process for my bracelet and charms was much different and less successful than cleanings done in the store I typically visit. I had trouble locating items because the trays are stacked out of sight. The store staff was friendly but not as knowledgeable as others I have encountered.

I did not feel the associates were knowledgeable in Pandora. They were polite, but only talked about how pretty the piece looked.

I called the store looking for an item. I described the item & color & placed it on hold because the store would’ve been closed before I could get there. The next day I go to make the purchase & it was the wrong color. Luckily they had the right color still available & I made the purchase. I really would’ve been heartbroken if they didn’t have the color I wanted because the item is being discontinued.

Wanted to purchase winter kiss dangle. Was told by sales clerk it was $55. I asked 2 times before purchasing price of all charms I purchased so I would know how much I was spending. Sku that was on this dangle would not ring up. Another clerk said it was $80. I was very dissatisfied after asking multiple times. I was told they would not honor the $55 price marked. I passed on the dangle but did buy the others I wanted. This was my first visit in a Pandora store as I normally purchase from pandora.net or official online Pandora retailers or jewelry stores that sell it. So I was very excited when I entered but very disappointed when I left.

I was boy highly satisfied because the past 2 times I purchased a bracelet they didn’t have my size, and had to order it and then I have to go back and pick it up after already driving to the store once.

I had been in the store Monday and ur SA at time gave me two of the wrong size brackets.i live over an hour away so I called Saturday to see if she could please hold the sizes I needed. She was very rude and told me no since it was a promo. That didn't set well with me because she's the one that gave wrong size and i had spent over 400 dollars in promo so I don't understand why she couldn't set two back for me. The last few times I have been in you store it's that same woman and she's hateful 1st a charm of mine broke that wasn't a year old til this July and she refused to do anything anything about now this bracelet mess. I think I am going to just order online. It's a shame it takes one bad SA to mess up whole store. Plus alot of others were saying how rude she was.

My friend and I stood at the counter while two associates were putting away merchandise and they never spoke to us or attempted to help. One girl was running around trying to help everyone so we just had to stand around and wait but there were only about 3 people in the store.
