I felt like the clerk was in a hurry to get done with me. She didn't show me all the choices that were there. She just didn't seem interested in helping me.

The store is beautiful and clean. My experience would have been much better if I had had another sales associate. She was dismissive and almost insulting towards me at times It would have been a much more pleasurable experience if one of the other sales associates in the store would have been assisting me. It was my anniversary and they actually engaged in conversation with me while she made the sale.

The sales representative was not super knowledgeable. No one is really friendly and inviting. I was there two days in a row and I almost went out my way to drive thirty minutes to a different location. They always say they are family owned and that’s why they don’t have a lot of styles. They also never offer to order it for you. Not the experience I want if I’m spending money regularly.

I purchased $140 worth of merchandise. As I left the store I noticed There was a sign stating that you received a free bracelet with a $125 purchase. They hadn’t mentioned that to me so I went back in the store and I asked about the free bracelet. They told me that it was a preview for credit card holders and the only way I could get the free bracelet was to leave my purchased merchandise with them and come back in two days to get it. At that time I could get the free bracelet- but only if I left my already purchased merchandise with them. I had purchased for an occasion and needed it the next day. It seemed completely absurd that I had to leave my purchased things with them in order to get the free bracelet. Especially since I had just purchased another $90 worth of jewelry the prior day at another store. The other store didn’t have what I needed so I had traveled to this store to pick it up. This just felt like poor customer service.

After purchasing a charm for a gift, I asked if she would polish my current bracelet that I was wearing which is Pandora. She tried to upsell me a cleaning kit and did not shine at my bracelet for me. I was surprised because on a previous visit they told me they would clean it and rearrange the charms on it anytime I asked. This person just wanted to keep up selling me and did not clean my bracelet.

The sales associate was a young girl who was not that familiar with the charms. She was not at all enthusiastic.
