The piece i wanted was clearly marked in the showcase, it rang up $50 more and they wouldn’t honor the price.

I understand that the 14th of Feb. and having a sale going on will make stores busy sometimes crazy busy but they wouldn't allow that many people in the store at time. Plus the had on SA a new one with long blonde hair that looked mad/upset to even be there and she knew nothing about anything or where anything was. I am not sure why she even had a key. I love Pandora the SAS in past have been so sweet they even call me by name. I also spend a lot of money in Pandora so to have SA not know what she is doing or to have an SA that is just rushing you up to the counter to pay isn't a good way to treat your customers. I will be more then likely be finding a new PANDORA store to shop at when I want to see what I want in person. I think a lot of other customers will too because inline we were all talking about this and on SA so rude to a customer she was just standing back waiting to get a different ring size and she talked very loudly and told her to leave the store until she was ready for her. I was shocked and if that had of been me she spoke to like that I wouldn't give your store another dime.

Sales associate would not clean Pandora jewelry. When asked about a promotion, associate was not knowledgeable and unfriendly and did not explain why it was no longer valid.

I was stormed by multiple workers when I entered on “what brings me in”. Obviously people come in to shop. When I had located something I wanted to see and purchase no one came to my assistance after several asks and were just chatting with one another. At checkout the person checking me out took a phone call and proceeded to assist that person , leaving me hanging and not asking for someone else that was not waiting on a customer to take the call. I’m a nurse, customer service is big for me. There was a huge lack in good customer service during this experience.

The sales girl acted like she could care less if I wanted to buy something or not. She was rude and acted like I was bothering her. This was my 1st bangle charm bracelet and it would of been nice if sales girl knew how to do her job better!

The associates are friendly enough but do not show any real enthusiasm. I used to shop this store on a regular basis. The staff at that time were enthusiastic, friendly and knowledgeable. If you asked a question they would go the extra mile to make the sale. On this day I looked at the merchandise and left to think about what I wanted. When I returned to purchase I also asked about a 50% off piece I had seen online that was not in the sale trays. I asked if they possibly had the piece in a display and was informed all pieces had been pulled to the sale trays. I knew there were 2 of the item I was interested in on display. I had seen them. A good associate would have taken the trouble to look and perhaps sold another item.

The sales person was not rude per say but you could tell she just wasn’t into helping me with my selections and I felt rushed the whole time I was in the store. Also was told by the salesperson that I could not order charms if they were not in the store. I found out afterward that’s not true. I purchased this for my wife and had never been in a pandora store before but this did not prompt the salesperson to help me in making my purchase.

I was charged twice for the bracelet & charm i bought the system was faulty n the wifi sucked so it double charged me n i had to return to the store for a refund n it took 45min n i was told it had to be investigated n it takes 24 hours n i still have to wait 5-7 days for my refund this was my first visit

I went to return an item that was too small for a bigger item sales associate continue to tell me that the item was on clearance even though my receipt stated something else even when she looked at it she still continue to tell me that this item was on clearance
