The staff is great when you are purchasing an item but when it comes to retuning an item, I feel you are no longer a valued customer. I purchased a bracelet and charm on May 4th and asked to have my current bracelet with charms cleaned, no problem and the were happy to do it even with other shoppers in the store. Unfortunately I had to return the new bracelet on May 7th. Cashier was far less friendly then when I purchased on May 4th. My daughter was with me and I asked the cashier if she could clean her bracelet and she told me it would be a while because she would have to wait on the other customers first. I told her never mind then. The store was exactly the same during both visits with the amount of workers and shoppers. My take away is because I made a return I did not matter. I have returned items here before and it is the same. Coldness when you return an item. Best friends when you purchase. I have spent hundreds of dollars at this store and I will not be back.

the young man was rude that helped us. we were there because the clapse on my wife bracelet was broken. I assumed that it could be replaced, only to learn that the whole bracelet had to be replaced. we also learned it was over a year that it was purchased by a few months. No big deal on my part, but the sales associated kept insinuating that i wanted it covered under warranty. When it was actually that i didnt clearly understand that the clapse could not just be replaced. He kept acting like i was trying to get something free. When i was just unclear that i could not buy just the clapse but had to purchse a whole new bracelett. I ended up buying the new bracelett , but i started not to and go to a different location because he was very rude and smug. Treated us like we were trying to get something free. Money was not the issue from the start.

Upon entering the store, there was ZERO acknowledgment from the sales associates. As the other customers were done, the associates went and helped a customer that came in WAY after us. They did not acknowledge or even look at us. We felt very unwelcomed and ignored.

Return something off your web site not able to change it no one new what to do or say just no I thought that was rude by not changing the product

The Manager that I worked With in the Fayetteville, NC was the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had. I felt like I was not treated the same due to my race and she also was very sassy with me. She helped customers before me for 45 minutes while I stood And waited and immediately came to me with an attitude. I WILL never return to this store or pandora in general.

The person that helped me was worried about what was going on with her coworkers and laughing and giggling and did not show me a good selection of things because she was too busy giggling and laughing

I placed a order online the night before. When I woke up my order was canceled and no one could tell me why. I was charged about 161.50 online. When I went into the store we had to find everything I order. I couldn't find the main item I came for so I had to settle for something I didn't like nor want and was charged another $194.10. Where is my refund?

Associate 207411 forgot to place a gift set in my shopping bag! I live an hour away and had to lose time a work to drive back to the store. The associates questioned me when I told them what happened. They doubted me and that was a bit traumatic. Finally, someone made a call and realized that I was telling the truth. That item cost me three hours of work at $20 per hour, plus the time, plus the gas to be treated so poorly. I spent nearly $500 and my experience was awful and I learned NOT to trust sales associates anymore.
