I went in very happy to thinking I would get a great experience, but that was not the case . No one greeted me the whole time I was there. The sales associate kept ignoring me & when she did finally help me she was rude the whole time. Once I received my charms that she would not show me prior to purchase, they were dirty & tarnish. I had to return my charms and going to another location that still gave me mediocre service. Due to my horrific experience I will not be returning to Pandora ever again unfortunately. This whole horrific experience has been very traumatizing to me.

Never greeted when I entered this Greenwood store location.I called first to see if they had what I wanted was told they had the charm drove there no charm. Manager/Associate very uninterested in resolving the issues I has. Really to much to text

The sales lady was rude, she was not helpful, I asked for certain items and she lied and said that see didn’t have them in the store and I found them on diaplay, and one item she said that it only came in gold and i hew it came in silver so she finally looked and gave it to me

I was returning items that bought from another store and they told me that can’t return I have my original receipt and was less that 30 days, stupid me end up exchanging but it was in sale never explained that I can’t exchange or return merchandise now I’m stuck with something that I realize I can’t either exchange or return. You guys should train better your associates to inform the return polices

I inquired about the kiss charm. The sales person informed me that they were out of stock. I asked about the kids change purse. I asked if i could purchase anything to get the kiss purse? The MANAGER said they were out of those too. The sales associate found a kiss charm on display. Then the manager gave her a kiss change purse. Uhhhh... the manager was dishonest. When I told her she was dishonest... she passionately told me I was a rude man. I didn't lie. She did. You have a dishonest manager at that store and I don't appreciate that fact that she was LOUD when I'm the customer.
