The sales associate was very willing to help. I went into the store because we had received an e-mail about the 40% sale. I didn't go into the store with a clear idea of what I wanted to get. The sales associate was very patient and showed me everything that was on sale with the promotion. She took her time and helped me select some great items at a very good price.

I prefer to shop at this location as oppose to other stores in my area. The staff is very friendly and make we feel like a part of the Pandora family.

Helpfulness of clerk in finding options for my purchase

Melissa was wonderful when I came in it took them a few moments to greet me but once I told her what I was looking for she immediately brought me to the area where I could view and try on the rings, she was able to size my finger without a sizer, my ring fits perfectly!

The associate that took care of me was very pleasant. She helped me make good selection. She was very knowledgeable of all products and made some excellent suggestions. The atmosphere was relaxing and love how friendly the associates were.

The sales associate assisted me with finding the best birthday gift for my daughter. She was professional, friendly, and knew her products.

I like the personal attention, I visit this location a lot and spend a lot every time. Just love this store.
