It was my birthday and I wanted to get something special and I got it! I received a chain and heart engraved with the words of my parents and sister so that they will always be near me!

The only reason I could not give the very highest rating was that there was limited selection in the gold plated options available. I would find a charm I like but she would say they were all out of that one in the color I wanted or didnt have any options in the gold plated option. Otherwise I am a happy return customer to Pandora.

I purchased an engraveable. The wording is not centered on the charm on either side and it looks weird. The sales rep said that's just how the machine does it and there is nothing she can do about it. Everyone who has looked at it comments that it's not centered. It's embarrassing.

Store didn't have a big selection. Not sure if that was due to the new diamonds coming in. Unable to see charms w/o having someone pull them out

My overall experience was short and to the point. I only wanted to purchase a charm and knew what I wanted so the whole experience wasn't that long.

I just generally put Satisfied. It is a good indication, satisfaction means good! I am please with friendly staff being helpful and knowledgable about items.
