Pandora Jewelry

i’m not going to write three more sentences telling why i’m not highly satisfied because i was more than satisfied. i got what i wanted and more. great service and this pandora is better then the one and wesley chapel. Definitely coming back again. actually today!!

Not enough sales associates on the floor and it wasn't busy

It just would be nicer if all charms were displayed in the counter so I could see them instead of having the salesperson having to show them to me.

This was my 2nd visit and the item I wanted was not available... on both visits.

When I asked to see a couple different necklace chains the girl handed me a book and I picked two and she made a comment of “well I’d have to find them, do you want to buy them?” And I wanted to try on a few different rings and when I asked to try on a smaller size she said “it’s not gonna fit” and wouldn’t even pull out the smaller size. I’ve never had an issue before with this location so I’m quite upset about the attitude and lack of professionalism

I love pandora products and have been a customer for years but this was my 1st time going to a store and picking out my own jewelry. The representative seemed nice enough but I got the feeling that she wasn’t very keen on helping to show the product. She didn’t really explain any product details to me when I requested to look at the stoppers which I thought was a bit odd since at other jewelry shops the representatives explain their products upfront. At checkout the representative seemed like she just wanted to hurry up and get the transaction over with. She definitely handled my request but she just didn’t seem overall friendly about it.

Didn’t receive receipt, could not reach on phone when trying to call store several times.

No one answered the phone when I tried to call ahead to check inventory. No one acknowledged me in entry to let me know they would be with me soon.

The experience was excellent

The wait outside the was longest then you get in the store another hour it was horrible everyone was complaining people was leaving the store because of the wait
