12/26 crazy crowds. Staff did a great job managing crowd except for the 2 customers that monopolized one associate for over 1.5 hours. They did purchase bracelet but caused many to walk away and me to wait over 1.5 hours. Seems like there is a fine line between customer service and managing other waiting customers that failed. My associate Jaqueline R is fantastic. She remembered me and was able to successfully complete the size exchange on the PERFECT ring for my daughter. Love working with her and the international plaza and Tyrone mall staff.

I was highly satisfied with Natasha who helped us. But disappointed we had to wait in 1 line for 1 hr for them to tell us the items were not in the store. To then go to another store and then alo not tell us if it was available to wait another hr

Charms and bracelet not available in store. Not able to order in store and have delivered to home. I have to place order when I get home. I was giev measurement 18 for bracelet needed but on line choices are 7.1 ,7.5 ect.... so working on size I need to order

We came 30 minutes before close and the store was busy. When we were assisted I felt rushed. I asked to have my old bracelet cleaned and she said that they couldn’t do it now because it was close to close and they were too busy. When checking out I asked about my birthday gift and she said if I didn’t have an email from corporate she couldn’t see it or provide my gift. Did not feel valued and rushed

At first store Mgr would not honor 20%coupon sent via email saying it was for online orders only. I left store. Sat in mall and re-read coupon. Then returned to store and Using same coupon I verified that it was for in store purchases, too. And coupon showed the location of store. Question...Am I the only person that received a 20% coupon by email? The service was fine until I presented coupon.
