Engrave machine did not work properly which delayed services

associates at this store are friendly but there is not enough of them, there is always a wait

Um, nothing major just as I answered the questions, no other specific details.

I was not greeted upon entering store and when I was acknowledged it was not friendly, but I still purchased my items. If I'm purchasing for your company and I do spend a lot of my money with you guys, I do think I deserve to be comfortable in the store with friendly atmosphere. It took a good 10 minutes for someone to even come up to me and they were not helping anyone else, so it was no excuse.

So many people but not enough sales people. It took almost an hr for my turn and there’s nothing to sit in

I received better service at the location at Wesley Chapel, store was empty and the associates were as upbeat as other locations i have visited but it was the end of the day so she may have been tired.

When I talked into the store I was next to be serviced. My sales representative had a sweet demeanor but I began to feel rushed as more customers came in. If I’m spending my hard earned money, please don’t rush me.
