Sales associates did not greet us the first time we went into store or acknowledge that someone would be with us as soon as possible. They were busy however when we returned the second time we were greeted and a sales associate acknowledge that she would be with us shortly must better than the first time!

Not enough people to help incoming customers. No urgency to help me with what I was looking for, cashiers just kind of wandered around looking lost.

The rings i just purchased are already scratched everywhere and i cant wear them in water? Why is my 75$ ring already scraped and at risk of tarnishing if i wear it in the shower
