The girl at the door who greeted me was rude and disrespectful and then when asked to clean my other Pandora bracelet I was told no longer doing that which I found very upsetting considering I work for a jewelry company and we do all of our customers cleanly while still respecting the high standards for cleanliness. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that you guys weren’t doing cleaning too. Like and email sent out to us customers informing us of the changes.

I wish that Pandora would incorporate more charms that are geared towards African Americans. Would love to see charms that are for HBCU's, Florida A&M University, or The Divine 9 sororities.

They need more help. It’s a busy location and when buying pandora takes time. When I walked in there were only 2 sales associates and were with customers . I had I had 3 people in front of me waiting for help. I personally would have left and shopped online but I was looking for the nightmare before Christmas which is sold out online.

They should create some type of order in the why they assist customers by the order they walk in. Someone that writes the name of the people as they come in and know who should be assisted next. I was attended after two other people who came in last from me. Over the experience was good, but I had to wait after my turn was taken away. The sales girl was very polite and nice and did all she could do to accommodate my needs.
