I love silver , is a beautiful design and great costume service

Because one of my charms broke and i got a new one was berry happy. The lady was very nice helped us with no problems. Will come back when i buy a new charm.

I opted to have my receipt emailed to me, which I never do. However I have not received it yet. I am very concerned.

When I did my return the lady didn’t interact with me much at all gave me a tangled necklace and didn’t even give me options or the selection of necklaces in the store. Now I did come back into the store for another transaction and the next associate was wonderful I think her name was Leslie wowed me

Estaba buscando una pieza en específico que no estaba disponible en la tienda según me dijo la vendedora que me atendió. Las vendedoras en idioma español estaban ocupadas con otros clientes y aunque la comunicación con la vendedora asignada (en inglés) fue bastante buena, hubo detalles que no me quedaron muy claros.

I was satisfied with my experience. For me to say I was “highly” satisfied though would mean that the store succeeded in meeting all my expectations. The price point and merchandise I was looking for wasn’t readily available at the time I made purchase which wasn’t very disappointing because there was much more to choose from!
