Overall good service. I was not satisfied when I asked if there would be a sale fourthrcoming and the sales clerk said no! I had to come back (I’m an hr away from this location) to get the credit for this purchase in order to getting increase better value deal on my purchases.

I have to go back again because I'm still not totally happy. I feel the bracelet size isn't the correct one for me and the way I like my jewelry to lay. I don't like how they choose the size they think is good for you and because they only bring out one for you to try on you really feel rush and a bother to them. And all the items aren't right in front of them so it isn't quick for them either. The store gets busy and all the back in forth with multiple employees is not only a lot for the employees, it's a lot to take in for the experience for the customer also.

The associate that was helping me was a trainee because I have been a customer of Pandora for 10 years I knew more about the merchandise then she did. Granted we all have to learn and it takes time but during the holiday rush a more knowledgeable associate would have been preferred.

Because of the sale, we waited approximately two hours to be waited on. To me that's crazy. You need to come up with a better system durin this high volume season.

I believe the sales associates should have checked the jewelry for quality control purposes after retrieving it from the machine. This would have improved my experience because I would not have had to point out the still tarnished jewelry to them upon returning to the store to retrieve my bracelet. I also would not have had to wait longer for them to clean the jewelry properly by hand.

The amount of wait time was long. Once the sales associate began to assist me, the experience was better. Also, there was a sale going on and thus many of the sale items were already sold out.
