Pandora in international mall has the best sales representatives I've ever come across. Jennifer is amazing!!!! Shes so patient and kind. Very knowledgeable about the product and extremely helpful!

Highly satisfied just seems to be a bit of an exaggeration. I was just plainly satisfied with my visit. Pretty much knew what I wanted got it and left.

Great customer service

It took several minutes to be greeted by an associate' many of them were co-mingling with each other instead of with customers. The associate that helped me was attentive but seemed to be shopping for herself instead of completely focused on finishing the sale.

I shopped the day before Mother's Day so it was very busy with a waiting list to get a sales associate. Once I did it was a fast smooth process.

I was asked for my email and was told I would not received emails. That it was only going to be used for the insurance . Now I’m getting emails from pandora and I am not interested in receiving them. Also I didn’t like how the trays can’t be taken out anymore or mores to be able to see the jewelry even in the glass . Weird

I was satisfied.

There were exclusions for the buy more save more sale which I didn't know/see advertised until I was shown and selected an excluded item

The Customer service was not good at all.
