The travel charms could have been with choices. I needed one for Las Vegas and I was told to wait till I got there because they have different kinds. Which would be ok if I could still know what charms they had before hand.

The size of the ring I was looking for was not available.

It was my first experience with Pandora, so I have nothing to compare the experience to in terms of "Pandora satisfaction'. So, "Satisfied" seems like a good place for me to start with my first ever visit to a Pandora store. The sales associate was friendly, but could have tried a little more to get to know my personal style; had she, I probably would have purchased more items.

Pandora employees are not very friendly especially when I’m not looking good or clean. They want says hi until I say I want to buy this and that.

I had previously came in to return a gift that I received and the sales associate DID NOT allow me to exchange with out the credit card that was used to pay items. Granted I had BOTH receipts. She didn't even offer to put balance on gift card etc. It left a bad taste in my mouth.

Slow service. Representatives weren't to friendly. Lack of merchandise.

The store was overcrowded you barely could move around. Didn't have many of ring size to select from.

I liked the selection of earrings only to find them a little too small for certain size individuals.

I felt they wasn’t as friendly ! Everytime i go in there they look at you crazy like you don’t belong in the pandora store. Associate act like they don’t want you there ! There customers service was the worst it make me not want to go in there ! But i love the charms i can’t resist it.
