The store I went to was quite small so it was a little uncomfortable with the amount of people that was in it.

I felt as though I kept being told what I needed to buy or what charms to purchase instead of exploring them myself. I also felt as though I was being rushed to pick out what I wanted and leave.

Had research purchase before arrived.: Staff helped find what I was looking for with the bangle quickly. Offered solutions for keeping charms in place. Found an alternate charm since the one I wanted was not available.

There wasn't a line to get into the store but once in, I was waiting over 30 minutes to get assistance to purchase a bracelet. Once I got service from the assistant manager Jillian, it was a pleasant experience. Just waiting, I felt overlooked, nobody greeted me when I got in the store. Nobody said we will be right with you are anything. I just stood there and got asked to move so other customers could see the merchandise they were being helped with. I didn't think that was profession or too kind. So this will most likely be my last time shopping with Pandora especially in the store. This was my 2nd time coming inside the store and this experience was all I needed.

Upon entering the store, my friend and I saw all the associates were busy with customers. We were waiting about 10 minutes until someone finally said they’d be with us. 15 minutes later a girl named Jasmine finally helped us who looked uninterested and annoyed to help us in the first place. We are 2 customers who just wanted to buy cute friendship rings and knew exactly what we wanted and wanted to get in and get out quickly. There weren’t many selections in the ring size I wanted and then when we were ready to check out, she didn’t bother giving me a bag when she had given my friend one. It was a really disappointing experience

The associate was not very friendly. I mentioned that I was from out of state and looking for exclusive charms. She only showed me one Tampa charm. I bought it but felt that it was extremely overpriced! Can’t help but wonder if there were other exclusive charms.

There were just about 5 associates available however none made contact with me. After some time a young lady approached me. She was very short with me and not very friendly. At the cashier when we went to pay with our card, she asked if we had cash as they system was down. That upset me greatly. All the associates were talking amongst themselves witch was very annoying, some were loud. Just unprofessional if you ask me
