While outside the store waiting to get in there was a long line. I was told to get out of line and get a text. Then I see people behind me getting in the store. I show the young lady my waitlist text. She just puts me back in line as if I was never there. That was frustrating! Besides that the person who helped once inside was great!

Sales Assoc overlooked me twice and when mentioned it to her she continued to overlook me No mask were worn by any sales persons And no social distancing was encouraged by sales Associates. The sales assoc. picked who they wanted to assist regardless of who entered store first .

I think everything is too expensive. The stores never have what you’re looking for and most of the time they’re out of stock on the internet as well.

I was first approached by a sales person who was very helpful but unfortunately she passed me to another sales lady who was not willing to help me at all during the entire purchase process, she didn't even wanted to show me different dangling charms stating that they have over 400..at the finish of my purchase ( when I had to buy a charm that was on display in the front of the store) she handed me the box with necklace AND charm in the SAME box WITHOUT bagging it!!! I HAD TO ASK HER FOR A BAG! Totally disappointed with this sales associate manners and attitude! Very unacceptable for a store like Pandora. I overheard the sales associate next to us explaining to her customers the type of offer the store was having on that day which I was never informed of by my sales associate either. Worst experience at Pandora ever....

To sum it up, the sales and management weren't able to return a charm that I've purchase at the citrus park mall. They couldn't pull up my info on purchase and I've made past purchases before, we walked out unsatisfied . Couple days later we called international mall store and asked for corporate number but instead the manager at that store was able to replace charm with no hassle. She was very nice and understand

I love pandora but when I went in store to buy a bracelet the associates just stared at me and my friend like they couldnt be bothered with helping us. Finally, after speaking to the person that greeted us an associate started to help us. all I wanted was a bracelet, I explained I already have a bunch of charms however they seemed so not convinced and almost seemed sarcastic about me already having charms and not the bracelet, I had a special charm bracelet that was not Pandora brand. Anyways, I felt this immense pressure to buy a charm or 2 even though I stated I didnt need anymore, too pushy, I know there's quotas to be met but if a customer has already explained something theres no need to push. The associates seemed polite but were actually pretty shallow and snarky, I always stopped by this store to buy my sister something but maybe I'll just stick to a store where I don't almost feel obligated to buy things.

Sale personnel was looking at her phone when I walked into the store. The other sales person finally decided to greet me. There aren’t any other pandora stores where I live so I most likely will shop there. But the clarinet service has to get better. I asked for two separate boxes as I brought two items. By the time I arrived home I realized they were package together but, each piece is for individual persons.

This store did not have what I wanted, couldn’t get it for me and when I decided on option B, my bracelet fell apart putting on my first charm:(
