Pandora Jewelry

I bought a gift set for my wife and it was incomplete. Upon coming home and looking at the website I saw that the gift set included a little bag which I did not receive. I called the store and they said they would provide a bag for me upon my return. Sales associate never mentioned the bag with the gift set

I felt rushed.

The store is very small. Packed at times, difficult to get around. It would be nice to see something like flags of the world. Flags from places like Scotland and Guatemala. Big surprise and disappointment that there is no military and first responders discounts. No military and first responders discounts definitely impact my decision to purchase. Most of the product is very over priced. The Offer for $10.00 to fill out this survey also seems typical of Pandora. I wiuld be more disinclined to return to Pandora than other stores at this point.

The sales associate was much too pushy and tried to upsell much too much. I realize she's in sales but I came in with pictures of what I wanted. I didn't need to be up sold, especially after I told her these pictures were all I wanted multiple times.

Because she didn't take the time to show me what I wanted. It was like she was in a hurry.

I purchased a ring in store and did not receive a receipt. The attendant have my e-mail, but i only received a link to the survey.

Bad service. This was my first time at the store. There was a long line before getting into the store. I did a one-hour line and wondered, what if they don’t have my item? They didn’t ask me. They just made me do the line. When I was buying my Christmas present for my sister, I saw the promotion of getting a bracelet free for a 150usd purchase, so I decided to buy another one. Still, the associate said they didn’t have a free bracelet that would fit my wrist and didn’t provide me with a solution (pick up the bracelet from another store), so I didn’t buy one bracelet myself. Not good service and availability of products

We travel a lot.. Every pandora we have been going to.. No longer have city exclusive charms.. I started this for my wife.. lately been to at least 8 different cities.. even Alaska and Canada Pandora approved stores.. actual pandora stores.. not little mom and pops. Having issues getting these charms.. very disappointing.. will have to stop even trying.. I have spoke to sales people. They even say customers ask for them.. you are missing out on $ and sales..

The sale woman was not pleasant at ALL nor the store manager. The tray that the rings where in the salesperson never put it in countertops she made me feel like I was going to steel something seems like I was racially profiled due to the color or my skin. I will NEVER a shop at this Pandora again.

Because the sales woman didn’t give me all the information that I need, there was no an special package for gift and she didn’t show me about the discounts that I have
