This store has no structure as far as who’s next, I was in line and they assisted another customer who walked in 10 minutes after me. I advised the lady I was next and she apologized and continued to help the same customer instead of assisting me. There needs to be some kind of check in system or something so this does not happen again, especially being the mall and it is extremely busy on a Saturday!

The New Assistance Manager was kind of pushy now very attentive I felt like she was more interested in selling me merchandise than catering & listening to my needs at the end of my transaction I had many issues with how she set my bracelets to no getting everything I asked for I ended returning merchandise

The seller was very nice. She was in training. The problem was when I was ready to pay and when the seller was doing the transaction, another associate asked her to stop and go to talk with other customers because she couldn’t understand (Hispanic customers). That associate said she wanted to make sure that the trainee was charging correctly. That person ended up messing with my order, charging twice for a charm and not including my necklace. I bought four items that day. I had to return to the store to fix the problem, and when I was explaining to an associate about what happened, I saw the other lady and I said she was the one who messed up my purchase. She completely ignored what I was saying, and I heard her say, “it happens all the time,” and rolled her eyes. Horrible customer service. Another associate fixed the problem after talking with the manager of the store.

I was dissatisfied with the lady at the door because she had a nasty attitude. But I love pandora because I have three bracelets full of charms and I buy them as gifts. They just need to improve there customer service.

I called in advance for Elsa/Anna charms and they said they would have to look when I come in. Instead I traveled 40 miles to another location. They held one for me and told me this store had 22 Elsa charms and that they were on sale for $51.00. I travelled 18 miles to this location. When I got to the store I was told they did not have ANY and sometimes the inventory listing is wrong. I informed them that at the Tyrone Square store told me they had the one I needed. Very disappointed. So I left and then returned so I could find out what other stores had them so I could call them and was helped by another person who looked at the inventory info and had someone go to look in the back at the discontinued items and they HAD both charms. The first person who helped me was incompetent and could have at least apologized for being incompetent. They were not helpful on the phone or in store, with the exception of the person who assisted me when I returned. This should not have happened. First person who assisted me was tall with black hair/medium/heavy build. She obviously needs training or someone should inform her how to find items. What a disappointment that ended well.

The woman that originally spoke to me was very cold. I was just waiting for someone to be available to assist me because i already knew what I wanted, and she just came up to be and said “what are you waiting here for.” She made me move a literal inch over and said “stand here if you want help”

With two associates on the floor at a time i waited quite a while to be the next in line. This wouldn't have been a big deal except instead of the available associate taking care of customers that were next in line she just started serving a group that started asking questions. Leaving me and a couple of other ladies still waiting even though the group that was served came in just a second ago. This paired with an already long wait time made for a very poor experience.

The person who helped me in the store kept trying to influence me to buy something I didn’t want. He kept pushing and pushing. I ended up buying it and now I will probably return it
