The sales person was rude and not helpful with me. She only show me a few items and did not give me the prices and said the merchandise was not available when is was right on my face. I have to do things on my own to be able to shop. First time I have this experience in a Pandora store.

The associate who checked us out was horrible. Absolutely no personality. Rude. Wouldn’t make eye contact. Wouldn’t answer questions. I qualified for the free earrings with purchase and she just threw it in the bag and never even told us. Truthfully the service was so terrible we returned the products and made our gift purchases at another store.

They associate that was assisting me was did not seem like she wanted to help at all there was one short lady who was more helpful asking me what was it that I liked and looked for. When I asked the associate could she pull out one of the rows of charms she said there was too many charms and basically I needed to know what charms I wanted so I then just told her to pull out any row because I had been looking through the book but didn’t know exactly what I wanted and all she did was look at me, that experience was horrifible because whenever I come there even around the holidays I have never got that type service from that store and I was not satisfied with the service after leaving.

Nice charms, ok service

I first visited the store in the International Mall in Tampa, FL. I wanted two specific charms. I was told that they only had one in stock. When I asked if another store in town might have it, I was told no because this store is the largest and they had the largest stock. When I got to my car I called the Citrus Park Mall (Tampa) store. They DID have the charm I wanted and held it for me until I came to pick it up. I had to return to the original store to return the charm I bought as a substitute for wasting my time during a busy Christmas season. The first store should have called to see if the charm was available for me. This was not good customer service. I will stick to the other store in the future.

I tried to talk to the sale about something happening to my charm that I bought in Paris, she did even looked it, and say no. After that, I tried to buy two charms for a gift, and I would like to choose, look at it, se did not was very nice, she told me that I need to have an idea what kind I liked, so she can show me the selection...if I can not see, how I can choose...very dissatisfied.

Wanted to exchange from Countryside Mall to International Mall. International Mall would not accept. Exchange was $5 dollar less. Wouldn't sell me cleaning cloth to make up difference. Said needed to be merchandise. What an inconvenience as a Pandora is Pandora to the customer - I don't care about the franchise aspect.
