The employee that helped me,lilian, did not seem to be thrilled to be at work, let Alone help me. She did not know the product,kept taking out the wrong charms and had to keep asking another associate for help. When that associate had to help another customer I had to pull up what I was looking for on my phone. Then at check out she could not pull me up in the system even with a receipt that has the customer number on it.

Associate was not friendly and did not clean my bracelet. The Countryside location always cleans my bracelet anytime I make a purchase without being asked.

I bought pandora online in this syore amd theu refunded my payment without giving me amy reasons for the problem. So I have my oaypal momey back but i missed the promotion of a free bracelet. I went to the store when i arrived in Tampa (Florida) amd the associates werent friendly at all

Every single Pandora store I have ever visited (between Tampa, Fl and Atlanta, GA) the sales associates are so rude. They are always so short and nastt. The ring I exchanged was purchased online through Pandora directly. If it weren't for that I would've NEVER went into the store. I've never had a good experience with your stores. I make all my Pandora purchases through Jared only. Terrible terrible sales associates.

The experienced was rushed. The sales associate seemed bored and not very patient.....maybe a better word is "indifferent". She didn't seem to really know the product well. I purchased 4 rings, but some of the items I wanted were not available in the sizes needed.

This was my first experience at the Pandora store. I received a bracelet as a gift and was excited to buy charms and clips for my bracelet. I stood there several minutes before anyone said they would assist me. I wait patiently because I see associates helping other customers. When my turn finally arrived I was rushed to make my purchase. I told the associate it was my first purchase. Her attitude was pretty much to rush me in my sale. When I left I felt that I was pressured to speed up my choice in the charms, while other customers that were being serviced was still be attended to before I even started. I didn't like the experience at all. I will be returning my items.

I purchased a ring for my partner. The sales associate showed me a ring that was not the price on the tag. I went to the register. She told me a different price very upsetting and it’s misleading.

I went to pandora to return a bracelet for a smaller size, The sales associate decided to state this was a free bracelet I informed the associate i received this from my daughter at christmas gift and did not care that it was free I just wanted a small size she proceeded to states they had no other bracelets i asked to her please check she came back with another size she again informed me this was free,, I did not care please look for a small size this sales associate was offended that i asked her to look for a smaller size and she kept stating there was none but again she finally went to the back and found a small size. WHY WAS IT SO HARD FOR THIS PERSON TO HELP ME !! AND WHY WAS SHE UPSET THAT I WANTED TO EXANGE A FREE BRACELET. I WAS EMBARRASSEED AS THE STORE WAS FULL OF PEOPLE AND SHE KEPT STATING YOUR BRACELET AKA YOUR GIFT WAS A FREE WITH PURCHASE. THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN TO ANYONE..
