One of the 5 items on my store pick up order was marked as not in stock before it was confirmed there was one of that item infact available for purchase. Once the item was canceled, Stephanie, who I assume was the lead sales associate, said they could not add the item back to my order, which I paid with Klarna, and brought me under the balance to get my free bracelet promotion . So now I had to pay cash for my entire order because when I tried to pay with Klarna again through their in store option, it would not let me do so. On top of that I also lost my discount. My original order#PND16727692 if you look at the total after taxed it was $173.61, meanwhile on my transaction #32858 instore, my total was $204.27, $30more than what I originally budgeted for.

It was really the sales associate, Gianna, that made our experience negative. She really did not seem to want to be at work or felt that we were not worth her time. I honestly wanted to walk out and just complete our purchase online.

I usually always go to another Pandora, but this time I went to this store and the service was nothing like the other one. At this Pandora she cleaned by bracelets and they were still dirty. When I was picking out charms she didn’t get them on… something they do at the other store. And when I purchased my charms I had to put them on myself… something that at the other Pandora I go to the girls do for you. I will never go to this store again.

I waited in the store for over 20 min to get ignore by sales associates. I saw all associates breeze by and asking other if they were being help or not. I felt like they were ignoring me and my son because we were not either Caucasian or African Americans. if I didn't speak up and raise my concern after 20min to get help from an associates. I made a purchase of two bracelets and charms and spending over $3400 in the store for gift for my niece. I only bought those items because that's what she wanted, but if it it up to my decision I wouldn't have purchase not will purchase from that store or Pandora again.

The wait time for a sales rep to acknowledge me took way too long. The sales rep helped out another customer who I came before and then when I expressed I had been waiting a long time she did not care at all.

The sales associate refused to return the merchandise purchased even though it was sold as the current product it turned out to be outdated charms.

Even though you guys are going to do nothing about why my experience was BAD. Here. I tried to exchange something because Pandora ONLINE sent me the wrong product. This store charged me $5.95 when it was suppose to be an even exchange and when I brought it to their attention the manager said she going to send my wrong product back to Pandora online and I said that’s dumb. So they didn’t give me my money back. At this point after all I deal with Pandora, I deserve at least a 40% off coupon code because you guys make every transaction bad for me. I still haven’t received my bracelet that was supposed to be here July 9th.
