I purchased a faluty braclet. It was my second time returning it for a new one. Iwas refused a refund due to thefact the bracelet was not resaleable.

First of all, I ordered a bracelet and received the wrong sized, tried to exchange it and waited in a long line and I was told they were out.

The associate that helped me was very rude. Didn’t want to show me the items. Rather assumed I knew everything pandora had. I asked to see the Disney charms. She goes “which one”. I’m sorry but I don’t k ow all the Disney charms pandora has. Then she would not allow to me physically look at the charm I picked and then proceeded to say, “Anything else”. And was very rude and unwelcoming. For me spending g$1,000+ in pandora never again.

I first tried to visit the store around 2 o clock on Tuesday, the Pandora store was closed. After pulling on the doors (they’re glass so the 6 workers definitely could see me and my confusion) multiple times i looked up to see them all behind the counter mouthing “closed” no explanation or anything. i left and returned about 2 hours later and they were open. I needed to exchange a bracelet that was too big. I entered the store and not one of the 6 associates working acknowledged me. And no they were not all busy with other customers. after i walked up to the counter and three associates just stared at me without saying a word, i explained what i needed. they didn’t have my size which is not their fault but the lady who worked with me had zero enthusiasm/emotion/no desire to help me with my problem. meanwhile, a manager and another associate proceeded to whisper behind the associate helping me about what was happening. She told me there was 1 size left that i needed at countryside mall, she then asked if i wanted her to call and check if it was there, i said yes, she immediately said “oh our phones are broken”

Every single associate in the store had an attitude towards my mother and I. As we were finalizing at checkout, the associates had an attitude with the other customers as well. Completely taken back on how rude people can be towards customers that are simply purchasing.

The salesperson Lilian was rude and a lier. She shouldn't be working with the public. She doesn't know anything about the product.
