The sales rep came over and greeted us and gave us her undivided attention,she also gave us eye contact which showed use that she was there for us and she also offered to clean our jewelry.

Anytime that I have gone into the store, the young ladies are always super nice and willing to help you make a chose on what you're looking for. Like myself I didn't know that I should have the guards on my braclet so that I wouldn't lose any of my charms.
