I had attempted to make a purchase on which was very disappointing and was forced into the store. After a brief wait I made my purchase.

As soon as i walked into the store i was so amazingly greeted by Axelie, she provided the best customer service i ever received from any sales representative. She was so knowledgeable on the products and assisted me very well.

I had no intentions on going to Pandora that day actually haha because I was looking for something else however, I wanted to get started on my friend's belated birthday gift and figured I was already there so why not right? ( best decision) and I have to say Jaqueline R #210646was the REAL MVP!! she's was so amazing and passionate about telling me about the Disney charms and I was on budget as well and I was trying not to go over and she helped explained my options as well which helped so much but what made this experience even better was all the associates they chimed in on my choices and made my experience more than just shopping it become personal and I truly appreciate it needless to say I will be back and I hope Jaqueline is there because that will definitely be my go to Disney girl hands down also I wish I would of gotten other names of the associate but the one who adored the Winnie the pooh happy birthday charm I will defiantly be back for it because your right it was cute!! and the other associate who agreed with me about the airport trying me about her gift was amazing and funny the whole staff was so sweet

Natasha the pqndora's sales associate is amazing she knows what I like and everything that she puts together for me it is a must have.

The sales rep took time to do the measurement of my wrist with various size. The sales rep offered different payment options. The sales rep was patient with my choices and did not rush my sale.

The employees were friendly we were greeted with smiles and all of the employees knew about the merchandise. Recommendations were made to us about some of the products which I might go back and purchase. Great shopping experience.

Daniela was awesome and very knowledgeable. Loved the way she assembled the bracelet.

The sales person was very friendly and she actually helped me pick out the rings. I did not have to wait for assistance. They also said happy birthday to my sister. Just very nice ladies.
