My sales rep was Natasha was amazing. I have been looking for a specific charm that has been sold out online and in all stores. She told me to give her a moment and she’ll look in the back. A few minutes later she came out with the charm I been looking for. They had gotten a new merchandise and she went through it. She was very helpful and friendly. She’s awesome.
