I shop a the same pandora store on a regular basis. I'm a very satisfied. I have never received bad customer service. Always a great experience when I shop.

The salesman's Dani was very polite and respectful and took time with us and also helped me pick out some beautiful pieces and helped me spend more than I had planned but I love what I bought and also love Dani and the time I spent with him and I will be back to see him !!

Danilo P. Was great. He helped us find everything we were looking for. He even helped us pick ou items we didn't know the store had. He was super friendly and knowledgeable of all the items in the store. We did wait in line for over an hour because this was the only store open in the area. But Danilo P made it an amazing experience. I can't wait to go back and have him help me out again. Thank you so much Danilo your the best.

I visited on Mother's day weekend and it was the only Pandora open in my city. I drive 50 min and when we got there a line was wrapped around the store for people just to get in. After waiting maybe 20 min, a sale associate when down the line with a tablet asking everyone if they knew eactly what they wanted. I did. I already had it pulled up of my phone to prepare for going in and she took down what I showed her. She walked back into the store a returned with a bag holding the charm I wanted. I paid using the tablet outside of the store and I was on my way! Great thinking on their part to keep customers happy and efficient way of moving the line along!
