My saleswoman was very knowledgeable about the charms. Should me the new items that arrive and the holiday charms. My saleswoman should me a bracelet that had two types of charms that convinced me to buy what I did.

I got to the store about 2 minutes after it closed to buy a ring and charm for my girlfriend. Assistant store manager was gracious enough to let me in to buy the items I needed. Melissa made my Christmas much brighter! Please thank her for helping me.

Natasha was excellent in providing service to us. She was friendly, and patient while we kept asking questions, and asking to see different items. Also, Jennifer the Manager, was excellent as well. They both were great, and we were happy with the service they provided to us. I do want to mention, that it was stressful to know the computer system was down. We drove 1/2hr from one store to another store hoping that they system was back up. I should not be put in the situation to pay with cash, just because the online system was not working. Hopefully next year, this won't happen again. Besides this, I love PANDORA!
