I had never purchased anything from Pandora until a couple of rings for my daughter's birthday. I had to exchange them for size and the staff was superb. A few months later, we stopped by as one of the tiny stones had fallen off. Again, the staff was extremely helpful and happy to provide us with a new ring. This last time, we decided to go back to Pandora for a birthday gift for a friend as we knew we would have excellent choices and service.
