I was satisfied with the knowledge of the staff. I walked in, told them a vague description of what I was in the market for and they had several different options for me within minutes. After about 5-10 minutes I found something I loved and was on my way.

This Pandora store was able to clean my jewelry as the Brandon location didn’t have cleaner nor a great selection. The service was excellent, professional and a broad selection of everything. I was so fascinated with so much to chose from I will definitely be back.

The girls that helped me were very nice and helpful!

Quick and easy experience

I was highly satisfied with the friendliness (greeting) of the sales person who was assisting me as well as all of the other salespersons in the store. The big smiles, the willingness to help, the teamwork, engaging in conversation and making me feel like I was really appreciated as a costumer(person) and not just a possible sale. The patience of the salesperson was also greatly appreciated, because I was indecisive about what I wanted. I would have loved to by it ALL !!!! I did end up purchasing a beautiful purple crystal cut ball.... Love It.... Favorite color!!!

Great jewelry

I was highly satisfied with my most recent visit to the Killeen Mall Pandora because I was able to call in and determine if the item I was specifically looking for was in stock. Robin answered the phone and was able to quickly tell me that she had the lucky green clover charm in stock. She also told me she had another item I might be interested in to go with it! How sweet and thoughtful! When I got to the store Kimberly C assisted me at the counter and showed me some more items as well. I left the store thrilled with my pretty Pandora items, and I'm looking forward to my next visit with these wonderful staff members!
