The sales associate was very friendly and extremely patient with me as i tried on at least 15 rings before i decided on one. She also gave me feedback and helped me pick a few rings a liked. After selecting a few, she gave me another option based on what I liked and was spot on with her selection. She was very attentive and extremely helpful!

They had good ideas for the charms I was looking for. They helped me polish my existing bracelet. They were friendly.

I was greeted with friendly smiles from the sales staff as soon as I walked in the store. The store was not empty, it was moderately busy but I was served almost immediately. (I have no problem waiting for service but I always appreciate my presence as a customer at least being acknowledged right away.) The sales associate that assisted me (Ashley) was very informative and helpful. I didn't have a plan to buy anything specific when I came in, Ashley mentioned the in store promotion and I purchased a few items. As I described the types of charms and earrings in my preferred style Ashley located items very quickly, answered my questions and was knowledgeable, polite, and friendly.
