The staff was friendly and willing to help me with merchandise. The staff took the time with me even though it was my first visit and purchase. The staff answered my questions without hesitation unlike other Pandora stores.

Been coming here for a few years now. The girlfriend loves everything I get her and there are no complaints. The service is prompt and knowledgeable. Willing to work with you and are very patient even when I'm trying to decide for 30 minutes. Will come back again for sure.

I had Lauren every time I go she is so so nice and patient with me and I have 9 bracelets and over 60 charms less then 2years thanks to her and the Pandora store.
