The sale associates greeted me promptly upon entering the store and were very helpful, kind and knowledgeable about the items I was looking for also they suggested and showed me other items that may compliment my purchase.

I stepped into the Pandora store for the 1st time ever and was greeted with a friendly smile. My goal was to purchase a charm for my new bracelet and the specialist did a fabulous job showcasing the Disney collection available. Needless to say, I purchased two items as opposed to one. Thank you for the experience!!

The store was clean I could see all merchandise. The sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable about the merchandise . I brought my bracelet in to be cleaned it did not take long and after the cleaning my bracelet looked great. I purchased another charm while I was there . I have never had a bad experience at this store the associates are always friendly and patient .
