The staff is very courteous and helpful they always go out of their way to help you find whatever you want and I just love this or I would rather come here then go to the store and Saint Pete

Clean store and friendly service. I'm unsatisfied with the prices going up and individual Pandora stores do not carry every charm available.

I was addressed quickly and not ignored. I was able to leave my jewelry to be cleaned and continue shopping in the mall. The associates were friendly and made helpful suggestions for my purchase.

When I asked the sales clerk about a charm that I was looking for (cruise recently taken), she was able to present a selection of charms on a bracelet which gave me a good idea of how to put some charms together. I was in Key West and was looking at a bracelet for mother's day and did not have the same selection in Tampa....
