I came to find my grandmother something for Mother’s Day and I politely help me find her a charm and a nice bracelet and also something to get for my mom and my cousin on the side

I was greeted right away. I was served right away. The selection was excellent.

The sales associate and the manager were very helpful in assisting me find more charms and clips since I am new to Pandora through a gift from my granddaughter. I wasn't sure what I needed or wanted and they went above and beyond to show me things that I might be interested in or that would work with the bracelet and charms I already had. I felt like I had their full attention the whole time I was in the store and they were very pleasant to deal with. If I could afford it, I would fill my bracelet with charms all at once and I would shop this store again and again.

My husband gave me my bracelet in October, and has been filling it up quite nicely! He makes most of his purchases at the Willow Grove Mall store in Pennsylvania. When the clasp on the bracelet continued to open, I took it to that location, and they exchanged it with no issue. I was visiting my mother in Tampa, FL and in the mall we were in, I visited a pandora, and found a beautiful closure that I purchased. So this is why I would not be back to that store in the near future, as I was only visiting that area, and live in Pennsylvania

They staff was very personable, and I didn't feel like I was being pressured to buy something. The staff knowledge and friendliness was great and the products were gorgeous.

I am currently a contractor in Saudi Arabia. I wanted to surprise my girlfriend who lives in Ruskin, Florida. After ordering on line,the order was not shipped on the day I paid for which was my girlfriends birthday. I called the store and Jennifer was my sales rep. She was extremely polite and very knowledgeable on all of the products and guided me in the right direction. I told her my situation and she was able to refund me my express delivery. My girlfriend drove to Jennifers location and she had everything ready for her and my girlfriend told me how impressed she was with Jennifer's customer service and how she showed everything in detail in the Pandora catalog. My girlfriend was very happy. She left the store and told my about her experience and that she was very satisfied. Within five minutes I went back online and ordered two rings for her. I then called the store and Jennifer was again there to assist me. I told her I placed another order on line and if she could help me out, because I told her that my girlfriend is on her way. She did a very good job. The rest of the staff that was there all are very professional, dressed well and knew there product. Great job

I bought a new ring and got my bracelets cleaned. Sales staff was very friendly and helpful. While I waited for the cleaning, they showed me some add'l stuff.

I enjoyed the sales rep. I like the different varieties of charms at reasonable prices. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming.

The employee was super nice and there was no pressure to make a purchase. Therefore instead of buying one ring I ended up buying two rings!
