As soon as I arrived, even though there were several customers already at the counter, I still had someone greet me right away and then promptly attended to my needs. She was very patient, and attended to my needs. She also was able to allow me to figure out what I wanted and needed and only responding when asked upon.

Stacey served me today. She is a wonderfull worker and the other lady that help me is very nice too.

My wife had a bracelet clasp that did not open and close correctly. The sales associate immediately assessed we would not be able to replace it however the manager overoad her because it was a manufacturing issue. Because of the honesty i purchased another $80 charm. And we will be creating and upgrading to the rose gold products next. Thank you for the great service.

I was extremely satisfied with my experience because the sales associates were wonderful. The ladies were very knowledgeable and helped me learn about the products. I was able to begin building my very first bracelet with their help.
