I knew exactly what I was looking for. A sales associate assisted me immediately and lead me to the counter where we located the piece I was looking for immediately. I was in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes.

We were greeted immediately upon walking into the store, and our sales associates were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful and showed us a tremendous amount of kindness and courtesy.

The earrrings are kept organized and clean, I didn't even have to ask for it to be wrapped up! The girl that helped was on top of it! Because let's be honest we all like opening a gift!!!

The attention Ms. Cierra provided was stellar. Above and beyond helpful in making sure I understood the product and my ultimate goal. Her patience eased my anxiety and made for a lovely experience!

The sales assistant made my shopping experience extremely satisfying. She was very knowledgeable and helpful, making it real easy for me to select a birthday gift.

Staff is very knowledgeable about product and offers; also, very attentive and always with a smile particularly the office manager Justin (name ?)

The moment I walked in the door the assistant manager at this location greeted me with a smile and a welcoming hello. Asked my husband and I what we were looking for showed us some items told us about the Christmas sets and told us he will get us some help as soon as a sales associate was available. Less than 2 mins after he made that statement we were being helped. Very helpful and friendly manager and associates at this store. I highly recommend this pandora store over the one in Brandon, fl (in the mall) their service was horrible and will never shop there again. The pandora in International mall(0505) is a awesome example of customer service and will continue to do business at this location. Thanks to the manager and associates for making my 1st Time pandora shopping experience wonderful.

I love the items. I was treated really well by cierra i loved he service. And I was able to quickly recive and buy want I wanted in less then 5 minutes.

Cierra and Jeremy were beyond helpful! I walked into the store and instantly felt welcomed by smiles. I had purchased two charms for my niece's birthday and found out that one was gotten for her already. After a trip to Tyrone Mall's Pandora store followed by much disappointment with them, I was so pleased to exchange the charm with such ease!

I was highly satisfied with pandora because I came in with an purchase from another pandora in the Cayman Islands and this pandora took the time to raise my wrist for the correct size rose gold bracelet . Jeremy was extremely healpful and wonderful to work with
