Very helpful associates. I was disappointed in an item that I saw online. Didn't represent the item correctly but the associates helped me pick another item that was suitable.

I've had Pandora jewelry for over many years, and I love every piece I have. I needed a Christmas gift for a friend and thought it would be a fantastic idea to get her a bracelet and charm. I then got her a charm for her birthday. I loved the idea so got another bracelet and cham as a second birthday gift for another friend. It's a great idea because now I can just keep buying them charms for every occasion.

I'm out of work since September 2021 and funds are limited. This past Christmas my wife and I purchased a bracelet with charms for my mother in law but due to limited funds I couldn't get my wife any charms for the promotional bracelet we received with our purchase. So for valentine's day I searched your website and found some beautiful charms so I decided to take the 1hr drive to the Pandora store located in Rockaway Mall, New Jersey because this is my third time shopping there. The CSR was truly helpful and I explained my situation, with that in mind she helped me pick two beautiful charms one from me and the other from my kids to give to my wife for valentine's day. Exceptional service, truly understanding, and service with a smile. I will shop at this location again and again.
