My party and I were immediately invited in and offered assistance. The attendants were friendly, knowledgeable and not too pushy by allowing us time to decide on purchases. Selection and checkout were a breeze.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and friendly. She went our of her way to show me a selection of Disney bracelets and clips I didn't know about. She searched for a region specific charm for me that was out of stock, and offered to engrave one for me.

I love Pandora jewelry. I love the store in Rockaway Townsquare Mall, New Jersey. Tiffany is the best!!!

The sales associate was extremely helpful. She took her time to help me pick out the perfect gift and helped me do engravings on three of the charms I purchased for the bracelet. Wonderful experience.

I would like to start out by saying that I shop in this store once a year to get my wife a charm for either Christmas or her birthday. I have always been very satisfied with the sales associates in this location. They have all been very friendly and helpful. I went in today and Tiffany R approached me with a very nice charm, and asked if I needed help. I told her that I come in every year to buy my wife a charm and if she could give some née ideas that would be great. Tiffany told me about the new process with engraving certain charms. I was like sold. She showed the charms to choose from and explained all my options for the engraving. I was so impressed with her great attitude and seemed very excited to create a charm that I believe my wife will fall in love with. Tiffany was very friendly and I was very happy with working with her for my wife’s née engraved charm. She made my shopping experience fun and helped me out with something I know nothing about and feel great about my purchase. Thanks again Tiffany.

The Rockaway Pandora employees are the best! I come to the store pretty often, sometimes just to look around, and I’m literally ALWAYS greeted with smiles and everyone is so friendly! I have never had anything but a STELLAR experience with them, and I’m so thankful for the staff there! I went in to buy a bracelet for myself to cheer myself up after a bad breakup, and I just left the store feeling happier than I have in a few days, because of the kindness of the employees! The Rockaway Pandora staff is the absolute best! ❤️
