My husband and I were able to customize my bracelet for Valentines day. The same associate that helped us the first time actually help us out this time as well. The three of us worked together to make the perfect bracelet. I am so in love with my bracelet.

I had a great experience in the Pandora! I got my mom a charm for Valentine’s Day for her charm bracelet. Shortly after I went into the Cheesecake Factory located in the same mall as Pandora and someone stole my Pandora bag. So I lost my charm I had bought but I plan on going to get a new one. It was only a $37 charm but I plan on purchasing a new one for my mom.

The girl who helped we was amazing, did not rush and explained everything. Wow she is a great employee !!
