Staff was extremely pleasant. They were knowledgeable. Helped with a new purchase and an exchange in the same visit. The exchange item was not in stock, they ordered the item to be shipped to my house with no hesitation.

I am highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because; the customer service was overall amazing!! The Pandora employee was really helpful and sweet and I loved everything I purchased from you guys. Pandora will forever be my favorite store, and will be returning for gifts and more.

At the time I got there was a long line but the way they set up the employees to take care the customer was very efficient and fast. Everything that I was looking to purchase was there and in good prices. I was very impressed.
