I want to mention prior to the pandemic when I went to have my jewelry cleaned and ask about why my mesh bracelet was turning black, the sales rep so so very rude and was rushing me out of the store However yesterday Emily took her time and was very patient with me and she did not rush me at all.

The store has clear instructions with regards to COVID safety, once you enter the store you have hand sanitizer available and only 6 people including the staff are allowed in the store. Everyone wears a mask and there are clear markings on the floor as to how customers can move freely in the store while practicing social distancing. They made it very safe to shop in store. I received immediate assistance and the sales lady was very helpful and friendly. She helped me find the perfect charm for my friends birthday. I will definitely visit the Pandora store in Rockaway Mall again rather than ordering online. Great customer service at the store.
