I visited the store during off peak hours. There were two associates and one was assisting another guest and the other came over to assist me. I specifically knew what I was looking for and the associate took out the Christmas charms. The other associate also showed me her bracelet with her charms to show what they look like on a bracelet.

There was no waiting time for me. It was quick visit

I found that the 3 ladies that worked with me on my selection and style were very helpful. I find that the product is a little high in price, so high that I left the store and had to really think about the purchase. I ended up going back to the store solely for the purpose of the 3 associates that worked with me.
