I was looking for a charm for my granddaughter that would have a special meaning for us both. I found it and called the store. A helpful person checked if they had it in store and held it for me. When I arrived she greeted me and picked out the charm. It was just what I had expected. The sales girl was very helpful and pleasant and packaged the gift just right.

I was there to purchase a special charm for a coworker who had accidentally lost it. I had a photo of the charm, but was unaware if it was still being made- it was a few years old. The sales rep was very thorough and was able to find what I was looking for in stock.
