I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Devin H No. 1403875555111328. My sister and I was in town visiting family in town and rushing to the store to purchase my mom a last-minute gift. We thought we had only 15-20 minutes to pick out some charms. Not only was Devin super patient with all of us he was very helpful and really know his product and trend. We felt bad because we kept him and another employee over the closing of the business hours, but Devin not rushing us and continued helping us to select some of the most beautiful charms from your store. We will return to that store simply because of his excellent service. Thank you Devin

They found the charm I was looking for, but it was on a display bracelet. They sold it to me anyway and also cleaned my bracelet.

Sales associate was very knowledgeable. The selection was not great because it was after Valentines Day.
