Simple and quick experience. I just needed to exchange a bracelet for a different size that I had gotten as a gift. I just explained that it was big enough for me to just slip it on and off without needing to take off the clasp. All the associate needed to do was measure the bracelet that I had and accurately took out a different bracelet that was a perfect fit.
