Juan E. was of great assistance to me. He was very friendly and patient with me as I decided what charms I wanted to see. He did not rush me, which was very much appreciated, considering how busy the store was at the time I was there. He also went out of his way to call another store to locate a bracelet I was interested in. His customer service skills are A++ and I would consider him a valuable Pandora employee.

This location, Rockaway was the only location to have the charm I was looking for after calling every pandora and non pandora stores close to me.

The sales associates were all incredible friendly and ready/willing to help. Everyone was attentive. There was a good selection to choose from. It's very refreshing to walk in to a store and see smiling faces!
