My sales associate was great

Had some idea what I wanted but wasn't positive. After discussion with sales person she made the perfect selection. Was very happy that when I had to come back and exchange the size of the necklace there was not an issue.

The store was calm and quiet. I was able to have undivided attention. Everything I needed was in stock

I was greeted instantly when I walked in and the sales associate had everything I was looking for. My purchase was completed in about 15 minutes.

The two sales associates who assisted me were friendly and welcoming. TRhey offered suggestions that helped me make my final purchase.

Returned something I bought and the sales person was very helpful. She was able to help me in selecting something else and was very pleasant. She went above and beyond finding exactly what I wanted

The associate remembered me from a previous visit. She remembered I lost my husband and offered condolences. She assisted me in completing my memorial bracelet.

Cassandra was friendly and fast. She knew the product. She gave me multiple options and gave good feedback. She was pleasant and attentive.
