I received a bangle for Christmas. When I went to put it on today, the clasp broke. I went to the Rockaway Mall store and spoke with Melissa. I told her my problem and she immediately went to get me a new bangle. I was floored. I told her customer service is very important to me and this was very impressive. I will not hesitate shopping in this store again! Thank you very much.
